1. Does rain clean your panels? 

Let’s answer that question with a question. How does your car look after it’s been standing in the rain? Sometimes you need the right equipment with deionised water to clean your solar panels. 

2. Is it safe to clean your panels yourself?

Safety is major factor in our company. Cleaning your panels yourself puts you in risk of damaging the PV modules, falling off your roof and causing serious injuries. We highly recommend getting someone that is well trained to work at heights. 

3. What chemicals do we utilise? 

We use only a water softening agent that deionises normal tap water, taking out all the salt, calcium and limescale, leaving your panels streak free. Our water softening agent is approved by all the tier 1 solar manufacturers. 

4. Can we clean any type of solar system? 

Yes we can. We clean anything from a single story house to carport mount to high-rise buildings to mega factories and everything in between. 

5. How often should you clean your panels?

This is all dependent on your location, but we recommend cleaning residential properties twice a year, and commercial properties four times a year.
